3. Design the software system and develop test cases

4. Develop a working prototype of the software, run test cases on it and send it to the client for test runs and feedback.

5. Modify the requirements based on the feedback on the prototype

6. Modify system design to incorporate the changes in requirements

7. Develop the complete system and conduct quality assurance

8. Install the system on the client’s site and train the users
